These terms govern participation in our art and culture workshops as well as further education offers. They define the rights and obligations of all parties involved.
These terms of use apply to all educational offers, workshops, and courses in the field of art and culture offered by Kreativwerk GbR, Funkallee 9/3. Participation requires acceptance of these terms.
The provider and contractual partner is Kreativwerk GbR, reachable at info@toledofringefest.com or by phone at +49 202 456 3441.
Registration for a workshop is done in writing via email or through the registration form on our website. A binding contract is concluded upon our confirmation of registration.
Participation places are limited and are allocated in the order of registrations. There is no entitlement to participation.
The exact content, dates, and duration of the workshops are specified in the respective course description. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a workshop due to insufficient participant numbers or for organizational reasons.
The workshops promote creativity and artistic exchange. Specific results or learning outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as these depend on individual participation.
The participation fee is due no later than 14 days before the start of the workshop. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to allocate the place elsewhere.
Withdrawal is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the workshop. In case of later withdrawal or non-attendance, the full fee becomes due. Substitute participants can be named at any time.
Participation in the workshops is at your own risk. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of materials or tools, unless they are based on our gross negligence or intent.
We assume no liability for items and materials brought by participants. The duty of supervision for minors lies with the legal guardians.
The works created in the workshops remain the property of the participants. By participating, participants agree that we may use photos of the works for documentation and advertising purposes, provided no persons are identifiable.
Commercial use of the workshop content or materials by participants requires our prior written consent.
Personal data is processed exclusively for contract processing and internal purposes. It is not passed on to third parties without consent. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
Participants agree to the electronic storage of their data for the duration of the contractual relationship.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Participants will be informed of significant changes in a timely manner. Continued participation will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
